Our story

​Oatka Bay Cottages nestled on a beautiful spot on Baptiste lake was originally part of Lavalley Bay Cottages owned and operated by the Schmidt family.
​

Oatka Bay Cottages now offers 2 cottages for rent and is owned and operated by the Sharma family since October 2011. Two of the cottages were rebuilt with large wall of widows and soaring cathedral ceilings, the third cottage is rebuilt but the interior is not completed (there will be no construction done during renting season).

The cottages are clean and offers all the modern amenities of your home to give you a worry free vacation. The cottages include internet, satellite tv, DVD players and movies, wood stove and propane furnaces to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable during rainy and colder days.

Lots of leisure spaces to relax including a tree house gazebo with hammock chairs, a gazebo with hammock by the lake and a waterfront that provides shallow water for younger children and deeper water for swimming.

We provide free docking, please let us know if you are bringing a boat.
